A2 Milk

The milk which is better tolerated, but is produced in the same way as "normal" milk:
The difference is made by a single amino acid in the milk protein beta-casein - in A1 milk the protein chain is split, in A2 milk it is not.
This split protein fragment is suspected of causing the symptoms in A1 milk.

Our A2 milk is the most favourable variant for the human digestion.
